The Johnson O’Malley program provides supports for our Indigenous students that varies across the district. You can often find students in their classrooms engaging in academic supports and cultural learning opportunities. All three have a wonderful presence that welcomes students in a genuinely warm and caring environment where they feel respected and supported to reach their personal goals. Mrs. Chesbro's kindergarten class worked hard to demonstrate being safe, respectful and responsible to earn 100 BKP tickets! Their efforts earned them a pajama and board games party! The students had a great time playing games like Connect Four, Candy Land, Yahtzee, and Trouble!

Check out Strong and Toned with Betty Bates! A light and easy class which will include simple chair exercises to music. We will include the use of stretch bands or light weights if you choose to bring them to class. Come and tone up!

Mrs. Smith’s Horticulture Class recently visited Dixieland Tree Farm! Mr. Ian Forbes presented information about the year-round work involved in producing high-quality Christmas trees, which included soil nutrition, pest management, planting, and pruning. Students learned about the qualities of the five tree varieties they grow and the characteristics of each, which appeal to a variety of people when selecting the perfect tree for their home.

Silver Creek Black Knights Boys Basketball is offering a 5-week co-ed basketball clinic for Silver Creek students in grades 3 through 6. The clinic will develop skills for the first half of each session and conclude each day with a scrimmage. The clinic will be led by current Silver Creek basketball coaches and players.

Completion of this New York State Dept of Motor Vehicles 5-hour pre-licensing course allows students to earn the MV278 certificate, which is needed to sign up for a road test at the DMV.

Looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout? Try Aquacize and work out in the pool! Get into shape and enjoy the benefits of this fabulous joint-friendly exercise! The class is fast-paced and cardio-intensive, but can be modified to fit all participants.
