Continue your financial journey to a place of Financial Happiness. This is not about how much money you have or make; instead, it is about how well your finances support your personal goals, reflect your values, and bring you peace of mind. In this program, we will guide you through an exploration of your financial life, helping you to align your money with what matters most to you.
Participants in Budget & Planning: Financial Happiness will meet on Tues. Jan. 27 at 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Room 212. The same course will be offered on Wednesday. February 11, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. The registration fee is $5 for those who wish to participate.

Ready to start your crochet journey? This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to crochet from the very first stitch. No experience needed-just bring your enthusiasm!
Participants will meet on Tuesdays, Jan. 27, Feb. 3 and Feb. 10 at 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in Room 193. Registration Fee is $10 and Supply Fee is $10 (to be paid to the instructor) for 3 classes.

There is a lot of learning going on with Mrs. Pagano's and Mrs. Schuster's ALL BLOCK students. They connected their module text with a reading on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and identified text features and their functions. Students were able to identify embedded text features in both sources and how they serve as tools to help readers find information.

From creatively decorating his door, to bringing lessons to life with games like BINGO, to hands-on activities like making piñatas, his classroom is always full of energy, excitement, and smiles.

He also creates a classroom environment where friendly competition is built into learning and vocabulary review, motivating students to participate, challenge themselves, and grow. At the same time, he helps students develop accountability by reinforcing the importance of being prepared and arriving to class on time—skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Earlier this week, our students toured the E2CCB LoGuidice Center for a hands-on look at the Career and Technical Education opportunities. Students explored programs such as Automotive Body Repair, Automotive Technology, Conservation, Construction Technology, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Culinary Arts, Health Careers, Small Animal Science, Sports Conditioning & Exercise Science, and Welding/Metal Fabrication.

All Board of Education meetings for the 2025-2026 academic year are held on Thursdays (workshops at 6:00 p.m. and regular meetings at 7:00 p.m.) in the Board of Education Room, unless noted otherwise.

Mr. VanDette's Spanish IV and V classes worked hard on a class-favorite project - handmade piñatas! The students are learning this cultural practice of papier mache and decorating with layers of tissue paper. Designs include characters, everyday items like a water bottle and a shopping bag and even a replica of their own car!

Fifth graders are starting a new project in art class! Mrs. Anderson showed the students how to start making their foil yarn paintings, which will look like stained glass when they are done. They started sketching what will be their designs on paper, and then their final designs were transferred to cardboard.
