COIN DRIVE KICKS OFF MONDAY, OCT. 31, 2022: Do you have some loose change and a desire to make a difference in our students’ futures? Silver Creek High School is trying something different this academic year to fundraise for the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes. Beginning Monday, October 31, 2022, our Black Knights are kicking off a coin drive and each grade level will be collecting spare change through Friday, November 18, 2022. Our community is asked to please take some time to check your couch cushions, dryers, and cars for any spare change. Students can drop off coins into bins in their classrooms. Core subject area teachers will have bins set up in their rooms. Change bins will be placed at the main lobby front desk at the high school and the elementary front desk for community members and teachers to donate. All coins donated will go into each individual class account. Our Black Knights begin fundraising during ninth and 10th grade to help budget for the expenses associated with 11th- and 12th-grade activities such as prom, class night, senior trip, etc. The winning grade level will receive a party the day before Thanksgiving break.
