Absentee Ballots
The application for an absentee ballot is available below or at the office of the Clerk of the District between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST) except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk on or before May 13, 2025, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or on the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.
Absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk, by mail or in person, prior to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 to be counted.
Military Ballots
The application for a military ballot is available below or at the office of the Clerk of the District between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST) except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Voter Qualifications
You are qualified to vote if:
You are a citizen of the United States, and:
You are at least 18 years of age, and:
You have established the Silver Creek Central School District as your legal domicile (permanent residence) OR you are a registered voter in Chautauqua County with your domicile address within the School District.
Parents or guardians of Native American students who are enrolled and attend the Silver Creek Central School District, reside on the Seneca Nation Territory, meet criteria number one and two above, and have been residents of the Seneca Nation Territory for at least 30 days are eligible to vote.
