Silver Creek Central School is excited to announce another session of KNIGHT U. Knight University is a collection of deeper learning courses for students currently in grades 3 through 12. The courses are designed around teachers’ individual passions.
For this session, courses will run after school from 3:00-4:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays for middle and high school. For grades 3-6, courses will run from 3:30-4:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, with supervision provided for 6th graders until 3:30 PM. Knight U will be in session from November 13th through January 22nd with breaks for the holiday season. Please see the attached Family Information Sheet for reference of specific dates. Courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are limited. Please fill out this registration completely by Wednesday, November 2nd. You can also sign up by asking the office for a paper copy, or by emailing it to the Knight U Coordinator. (See the Family Information Sheet for her name and email address).
All classes will depend upon enrollment. Just as teachers are teaching a topic they are passionate about, students need to be interested and want to learn about that topic.
